1Visit Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque

Begin your day with a convenient hotel pickup in the morning. Travel to Jama Masjid, one of India’s largest mosques and a World Heritage-listed site, in an air-conditioned private vehicle accompanied by your guide. The courtyard of this impressive mosque can hold up to 25,000 worshippers.

2Enjoy Rickshaw Ride in Chandni Chowk & Visit Red Fort

On your tour, you’ll have the opportunity to take a rickshaw ride (at own expense) through Chandni Chowk, an exciting shopping bazaar with vibrant wares and bustling crowds. You will then drive past another UNESCO World Heritage Site – the Red Fort – on the way to Raj Ghat. Your guide will point out Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial at this site, which is marked by a black marble monument in his honor.

3India Gate - President’s House & Parliament House

Enjoy a tasty lunch at a nearby restaurant, then take a drive to India Gate. This majestic stone arch pays tribute to the soldiers who lost their lives during World War One. Afterwards, admire the colonial architecture of government buildings from British Raj era such as President’s House and Parliament House.

4Humayun Tomb to Qutub Minar

Next, we will take you to the Humayun Tomb, a historic monument of immense cultural significance. Built in 1570, it was the first garden tomb on the Indian subcontinent and inspired several major architectural innovations that culminated in the construction of the Taj Mahal. Later, pay a visit to the majestic Qutub Minar, India’s tallest minaret. Standing at 73 meters tall and made of red sandstone and marble, this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

5Lotus Temple (Closed on Monday)

The Lotus Temple is a stunning architectural marvel of the Bahai faith, located in Kalkaji near New Delhi. This temple was built to resemble a lotus flower and constructed using marble, dolomite, cement, and sand. It welcomes visitors from all religions without any restrictions or limitations.

6Drop-off at your hotel
